- 1 Copy odnt_sales_target to your custom addons folder
- 2 Restart the Odoo server
- 3 Enable Developer Mode → Update App List
- 4 Go to Apps → Install Sales Target & KPI Tracker Pro
- 5 Assign users to Target Manager or Target Viewer groups
- 6 Go to Sales Targets → Settings
- 7 Configure digest recipient and digest frequency
- 8 Create salesperson targets with monthly or quarterly periods
- 9 Open the KPI Dashboard to monitor achievement progress visually
